Delivery/set up is $69 within a 45 mile radius of Dallas with each additional mile $1.00 after that. There is a standard $25 cleaning fee for each rental.

A down alternative featherbed mattresses, 2 pillows & sheets/blanket for sleeping, desk top heater/fan, microwave, coffee maker, coffee/tea/sugar packets, 4 plates/bowls/mugs & utensils for 4, 2 wine glasses, trashcan/bags, 2 mixing bowls, scissors, wine/bottle opener, can opener, pizza cutter & basic cooking utensils, cutting board & various knifes, pot & pan, spices/olive oil, foil, hot pads & towels, hand & dish soap, small collapsible bucket and towels/sponge for dishes, dish rack, extension cord, basic toolkit, broom & cleaning supplies, paper towels, mini fire extinguisher, a single burner camping stove, a small folding side table and a pair of camping chairs. Please let us know if you need additional camping supplies and we will do our best to help you out. Games and a s’mores kit are always included!
The electrical system works. There is some plumbing in Peggy Hill. Her little kitchen sink works with city water connections but she doesn't have a bathroom. We just use the campground facilities. We generally don’t use her stove and cook outside too. Her refrigerator runs on electricity so if you’re plugged in that will work for you.
