The Camper Concierge Renters
This agreement is made this _______ day of ____________________________by ______________________________________________(Renter(s)) and The Camper Concierge.
1. Renter(s) named above has read over both the Camper Concierge Rental FAQS and Terms and Conditions as posted on thecamperconcierge.com.
2. Renter agrees to all said terms as stated in both set forth.
3. Renter agrees to pay The Camper Concierge directly the total rental rate agreed upon and applicable security deposit.
4. Renter agrees to pay for and show proof of insurance on said rented RV either through self insurance or through signed agreement of Owners insurance, if towing and driving the rental.
5. Renter agrees to the Terms and Conditions on policies as stated on cancellation, smoking, cleaning, use, damage, mechanical failure, fees and return of RV.
6. Renters release The Camper Concierge and Owners from all claims for loss of, or damage to, Renters personal property left or carried in RV.
7. Renter having read and understood the terms and conditions on this agreement, do herby agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, and that no other representations, verbal or written, have been made. In any and all disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of Dallas County Texas shall apply. Renters and Owners agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be settled at own cost and between the two parties without responsibility on The Camper Concierge.
This agreement supersedes and/or replaces and cancels any previous agreement .
